WIN: Eleanor J’adore 35th Birthday Giveaway with Cantu

eleanor j'adore - WIN: Eleanor J'adore 35th Birthday Giveaway with Cantu

My birthday giveaway week has been off to a great start and right now I can’t wait to share three products with you that have literally become my holy grail for a flawless wash and go.

Introducing:  Cantu Shea Butter.

Cantu is a brand that I was introduced to via YouTube way  before I had easy access to natural hair products. I actually remember watching girls on YouTube achieving great results using it and thinking to myself, “Wow I really need to get my hands on this,” mostly because it seemed to be reasonably priced considering the volume of product in the container and seeing what the girls were achieving.

Cantu Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioning Repair Cream

So it should come as no surprise that it was one of the first natural hair products I got my hands on and it literally helped to nurse my damaged hair back to health when I first started out my healthy hair journey in 2013. It actually does what it says on the packaging: “Provides intense moisture leaving hair soft and manageable; helps mend hair breakage, reduces frizz, protects hair from heat damage and hydrates and moisturizes with shea butter and natural oils.

You can use it for daily styling, as a leave-in treatment as well as a frizz control aid. And I really love that you can use it on both relaxed and natural hair, so if any of you are transitioning, I think this is a perfect product to use, ideally suitable for both textures.

I know many of you love this product just as much as I do and if you’ve not experienced it already I highly recommend you try it out.

Cantu Shea Butter Moisturizing Curls Activator Cream

Girl, I love a good styling cream and this one is it! It defines my curls like no other, especially when I apply it after the leave-in conditioning repair cream. It’s a thick white cream that comes in a long cylindrical shaped bottle. Provided I apply it while my hair is still soaking wet, I don’t have an inch of frizz as it smoothes and enhances my natural curl pattern.

Cantu Shea Butter Coconut Oil Shine & Hold Mist

This is a product that you can use to revive old dry curls, but the way I get maximum use of out of it, is to layer it with the previous two products and spray it onto my hair as the last step. Thereafter I scrunch it into my curls making sure every strand is covered. It helps to seal in moisture and to tame frizz and fly-aways, which I imagine will then work great on a slicked back style as well.

I’ve always loved shea butter, but sometimes I find that it can be too heavy for my hair and tend to way down my tresses in its pure raw form. But in this formulation it works a treat when I use these three products together. I’m not even sure if this a Cantu recommeneed way of using them, but applying them in this order for my wash and gos always gives me fabulous results. I don’t even have to use my usual coconut oil as a sealant afterwards because these goodies do the job as is.

Because I love this trio so much Cantu will give TWO lucky Eleanor J’adore readers the opportunity to win them. Each winner will win:
