eleanor j'adore - Pregnancy Update

I’m not even going try and make something up about how relaxed and stress-free this pregnancy is going. I’m currently 35 weeks along and this baby is kicking the living daylights out of me. Sometimes #babybarkesthesecond (what we’ve dubbed the little one for now)  kicks me so hard that I wince in pain and start crying, mostly because Rupert, my 2-year old, also demands a lot of attention all the time. And it can be pretty challenging focussing on both children at the same time, even though one is still in the womb.

We took these photos shortly after I arrived in England, probably at around 26 or 27 weeks, so if you’d like to see how big we are now, it would be best to follow me on Instagram. But I’ve just been so busy mothering (I filmed a few YouTube videos recently as well) that I haven’t gotten round to doing as many pregnancy posts as I’d hoped to do.  I am however working on a post with regards to staying healthy during pregnancy and I’m looking forward to sharing some of my tips and hacks. With any luck that post will be out tomorrow. But in the meantime, I hope you enjoy these photos of a fairly tired-but-trying-to-look glamorous mamma!

Of course I had to sneak in an image of the man who makes my world go round and who I will love for all eternity.

Do let me know if there’s any specific post you’d like to see from me – pregnancy, hair or beauty related. I currently have a nice little list of requests going so I’ll be happy to add yours to it and get to it as quickly as this baby and life will allow.

Have a lovely weekend!

I have a request, please remove the “but-trying-to-look glamorous” descriptor cos you really do make me wanna rock the bump again! Gorge. All the best mama! These last few weeks are tough but as you know, they’re worth it 😉

Aww, thank you Aisha. I honestly didn’t think these last few weeks would be this tough. It was so much easier the first time round. And doing it with a toddler by my side leaves me with absolutely zero energy. But yes, I know it will totally be worth it in the end. Not too long to go now
